Director of Sales & Marketing job Position summary:
- Responsible for establishing and directing the Sales and Marketing activities including advertising and public relations

Requirements for DOSM Director of Sales & Marketing job:
- Diploma or Degree graduate in Hotel Management or Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years in similar capacity or senior management position in a 5-star hotel environment
- Fluency in English (spoken, written and comprehension), Additional foreign languages (Mandarin/Hokkian) is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Travel trade/Corporate/meetings / conventions / exhibition markets is essential.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Knowledge of Revenue Management, Electronic marketing is an added advantage
- Possess exceptional people and leadership skills; dynamic personality must be friendly, pleasant
- A team leader and a team player with positive, winning attitude
- Must be a self starter
