CHIEF ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.. Responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Engineering department in accordance with hotel standards.
2.. Direct all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural, painting, carpentry, recycling, ground care and parking areas.
3.. Manage other engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees.
4.. Must have 5+ years management experience in hotel or building engineering maintenance.

5.. Experience training new recruits and department trainers and HACCP.
